To my humble opinion, join4free and pink4free are the best ones. Pink4free might be better cos they don't count deductions - depends on the nature of your traffic. I've seen long discussions on those sponsors and opinions will always be different. Just try both of them and make your own conclusion. It's hard to predict what someone else's traffic will do...
