Small world. I live in Santa Barbara where this whole thing happened. My best friend's Mom was even on the jury that put his accomplices in jail. The courts here don't fuck around, they'll throw the book at him when they catch him. The bastard will get what's coming to him.

A nice chunk of the reward is from my family but I don't think we've ever thought about donations. I'll look into it and see what Nick's mom has been doing about it.
