get busted by putting my camera up sum drunk girls dress. or have her big bad boyfriend come after me.. Even though i have to admit it would be fun, Last week here in Vancouver, Canada I went to the big fireworks here... Like 400,000 people pack downtown.. I got pepper sprayed, but got over 25 pics of krazy fights and cops arresting peeps and shit... if u guys want I can post it up.. fuckn pepper spray kills.. i couldnt see for like 10mins... |

Most of the pics you can get all over the net. I believe it's somewhat legal to use them for whatever. I was told some sort of phrase which i can't remember...it's been a while.
Only reason i know this is because I got a huge collection of this stuff. Massive. I consulted a legal firm last year about it, cause I almost did a site like drunk slut. I didn't because the law is so vague about it. I guess it depends what kind of lawyer you can afford in case shit hits the fan. I'm sure Wizzo took some of the pics, but all? I got a shit load i took as well from many years of partying. That would mean some or all of pics on the tours are his. I would like to know which one so i can remove them from my collection in case i want to use some in the future. |

Ya I have a good collection of pics that I found on the net. But I dont wanna get sued or nuthing, so its not worth taking the risk..

You may wanna hold off on that, there's some legal issues that you may not want to lose your shirt over. A buddy of mine's law firm was recently approached by someone featured in the video [advertised on US TV] of drunk mardi gras girls, she wanted to file a class action. Given how fucked US tort law is, distributors and intermediaries [that would be you], can be held jointly responsible.
Since we're talking class action, the $$$ may be huge. You may want to try the "fake" Mardi gras pics of professional strippers appearing to take off their top spontaneously. At least this content has a "waiver of rights" agreement. Quote:
