It's going to be about longevity = dependability. This means the site is entirely dependant on the stability and personality of the girl.

Mona and I have a good situation, obviously, in that we're married, but we tried to run a stable of sites for other girls at one time. It was very, very difficult to find anyone with real stability.

Those who could be counted on were generally able to run their own site, making it a catch 22, particularly as if they were able to, my advice would be for them to do so. Obviously others have broken that mold (Lightspeed), but they're also bringing a lot to the table in terms of traffic. And even there, I'd imagine the basics as above are the same.

We've been doing it for 6+ years, and the above holds true even for us - Mona and I have a plan to get out from in front of the camera in the next 6 months. Point being, the site will exist as long as the personality behind it can be counted on to continue to provide content and interact.

Also - and this is just my opinion: Great looking girl with a great personality = best chance for success. Average looking girl with a great personality = next best chance. Great looking girl with a bad personality = bad chance for success - unless you can just provide a ton of traffic for the great looking/bad personality girl, and overcome with numbers.

I don't know if anyone remembers a month ago when Rochard posted pictures I took at his b-day party.. People jumped all over me cause in pics with punker and a model I had my hands sticking out and wouldn't even put my hands on the girls waists in pictures.. I did this for a reason. When I'm drunk I could do something stupid without realizing it so my biz sence kicks in and says "Take pictures with any girl you want but keep your hands off the models while you are drinking"
