I haven't had a soda in a week! Don't know if I feel any better yet, but it does look like I've lost a little of the gut. I'll tell ya one thing, it makes for less gas!

Think I'll probably have ONE tonight while out, but other than that it's going pretty good. Sticking with juice and Gatorade.

Gave up on soda 3 years ago when my teeth cost me $4k to fix. (good thing I had insurance back then)

I used to drink (2) 2 liter bottles of pepsi per day. 1 day I stopped cold turkey and I haven't had a soda in 6 years! My teeth stopped decaying and I started to have more energy. Now I only drink water and juice....But sometimes I have the occasional Rum and Coke.

The only soda I have in the house right now is generic cola to drink with Jack, so I've pretty much eliminated temptation.

i've considerably cut down on soda.

i used to go through 24 cans in about 2 weeks. now i'm down to 12 cans in about 2 weeks, but i need to cut down more.

LOL, I had a collection of about 65 SOBE green tea bottles, now I switched to the Arizona Ice Tea (green tea w/ honey) mmmmmmm

I got off the regular soda and went to the diet, and dropped like 6 pounds. Now I need to work my way away from even that.

I was drinking tea, but I have to put sugar in it.

Then the weight goes back up.

I had caffine yesterday.. I have not been drinking caffinated soda though for about 2-3 months I think though.. Sprite and Sierra Mist baby!!!!
