shit happens! do they need a escuse? they are one of the most reliable servers out there and they have one bad night and they totally fixed it as fast as they could and they owe you a excuse?
I'll admit I was upset at the time and posted a lot in the "phatserver is down thread" but they came back online and are running strong as ever

ill keep bumping this thread until theres a reply in it with the reason they went down.
they say they are multi-homed, but checking their BGP announcements and also what happened 2 days ago shows me theyre not.
Im with 3 other hosts, and if something like this happened I would've gotten an apology, compensation, and the reason, without having to ask for it.Comment

Why do they owe you a public excuse to what happened? I'm sure if you ask them they will say what happened and say sorry but I've been with them for a year and a half and they have done so much for me and I've been with many hosts that aren't a third as good as themComment

Mike and Phatserver are one of the few people in this industry I trust. Been with Phatservers for a few years and all I can say is they do what they say they are going to do and do it right faster than anyone else.
