Hi Everyone. With Ibill's current situation we feel it is important for us to make a public statement letting all of our affiliates know how we are dealing with the issues at hand. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
As you probably already know, Ibill (our primary processor) is going through some tough times. They are unable to process Visa transactions until October 8th. They also have not been paid by their bank. As a result, Ibill cannot pay out anyone (us, our competitors and even you, our affiliates) at this time. However, we are working on a solution. See below. We are confident the staff at Ibill are working around the clock to get this situation resolved. As soon as we have more information on this matter we will let you (our affiliates) know.
In the meantime, we have taken matters in to our own hands. Our affiliates are very important to us and we value the trust they have in us. While the Ibill issue is out of our control, we still want to do our absolute best to make sure that each and every one of our affiliates makes it through this with as few problems as possible. We have spent the past week working hard and making changes to make sure that things run smoothly moving forward. We have implemented a new system where we pay our webmasters (instead of the processors paying them out). We have also made Ccbill our primary processor and Paycom as our backup and we have increased the payout from 50% revshare to 60%. Each of these are effective as of yesterday, September 30th 2004. We believe this will help us prevent our affiliates from ever having to deal with a setback like this in the future as well as the opportunity to make more money with us than ever before.
