If you're an ignorant TGP n00b, stop reading now

If you wanna be a good salesman, this is what you NOT supposed to do;

Send every second customer to your competitor across the street, because you force them to do so. He has the same products and might do the same, sending his customers to you.
Does that make any sense? Both end up with same amount of customers...
...or do you? Nope;
- many customers get tired of it and walk away. They might never come back.
- the street gets crowdy and unsafe, people dont wanna walk there.
- customers get pissed, because they wanna buy a product, and you just send them elsewhere to buy the same product....pointless.

If you haven't figured it out, I'm talking about TGPs (or other sites) that use skim/force/exit consoles for traffic. Forward & back, back & forward. It goes on and on. You're so focused on traffic and controlled by your counters, that you forget what it's all about!
Some may make money, but why not make twice as much on the half traffic? I don't get it. And rest is complaining about bad ratios after some months. Some goes out of business, because they must find another ways to pay for more than beer, bandwidth and mama's basement. Some even get desperate and use selfinstalling dialers and other shitty things on their website, just to cover they bandwidth (its true - I asked some people why they had it).

Now, this way of doing business is a really bad development:

- What's happening is that you get those group of "stupid sites", that send traffic to each others this way. The clean sites stop trading with them, because a hit is not longer a productive hit. You are all talking about "productivity", as it is how many pageloads you send your traders. Productivity is how many sales you generate!!!!
- The way you design your website, will get few bookmarkers. Who the hell wanna come back to places that just throw people out randomly? Yeah, I know you think about bookmarkers as freebies, but have you ever considered that some productive bookmarkers will come back if you guide them fairly? If your site is more userfriendly, you get more "friends" with creditcards.
- TGPs in general get bad reputation. You not only destroy yourself, you also destroy the clean TGPs, because many surfers just close the window when they see the word TGP.
- TGPs is getting banned from searchengines. PR4 - PR5 bla bla bla.... Forget it, TGPs are getting blacklisted in upcoming months, trust me on that.
- Security developers are making strict softwares. In short future you well get software/firewalls that blocks scripts that skim/blindlink traffic. The side-effects will be that referal codes will be useless!

You can continue what you do, or start thinking different.
What worries me are all who jump on this train, and those who feed it. It's nothing wrong with TGP-scripts, it's the use of it.
And I cannot say that programs with hosted galleries is bad, but the serious paysite owners should really consider changes in their TOS. What is most spam:
The surfers stop clicking on the thumbs of your models, if they had bad experiences through TGPs. Your promoters are your "first face" they meet, and do you want them to make you look like spam? Actually, forums posting is getting more productive than TGPs. Why? It's simple, because bigger forums has moderators that moderates. The surfers recognize this, and today many forums are less spammy than TGPs, without redirections. They work as the old good submission TGPs and the only difference is that they are moderatet.
Should it really be that forums convert better than TGPs? If surfer prefer forums, there's something wrong with the TGP, right?


This is going out of hand. New TGPs shows up every day, and instead of turning traffic into quality, so many think quantity. It's almost like every second trade is based on in/out and nothing else. Well I tell you something, there's a limit on how many surfers there are, and why turn them into bad traffic? You want a share of this market, that is fine, but don't fuck it up!!!!!
Start thinking like salesmen, webmasters. You CAN make money, if you just give yourself the time and put some soul into it. Treat you surfers right, "talk with them", be honest to them. Make clean sites in different niches that people bookmark, instead of throwing your traffic randomly around ending up in nothing but hits and pissed surfers. Target your traffic, to the right sites. If they dont like your site, or niche, well THEN you guide them to the right trade partner. You might even get traders with REAL productive traffic then

i read it all actually, the reason i make tgps is because its so eazy to get traffic. Make a thumb tgp -- next week its getting 10kunq

yeah - its nothing wrong with tgps, but it's how some are runned. I bet a clean "freesite" with 1K which have no blindlinking traders, converts better than a blindlinking TGP with 10K. Its not all about traffic.
