    WINDOWS MEDIA ENCODER....Anyone Familiar with creating a final size

    Can't remember how to set the "final file size" when encoding a video file...anyone have a clue what I am talking about.....

    I want to make a 60MB Mpeg into a 4MB avi...I did it before and now I can't remember how.
