American Psyco was pretty fucked up!! The whole chasing a person down the hall bare ass naked with a chainsaw.(He did have on some NIKE shoes and socks) That was really fucked up!!!

I'm gonna cast another vote for Requiem For a Dream, that picture made me feel icky inside. In fact, in the theatre I saw it in people were getting up and leaving...especially at that part where Jennifer Connoly gets reamed with that huge dildo.
