Ok...Answer me this then...

I'm convinced I should make the move from AVS to Pay Sites.
But...How much content do I need to start? I don't want the processor (CCbill/Jettis/Verotel) to deny my site when I submit it.
1000 Pics 100 vids enough to start?
10000 pics 1000 vids?

Are there general guidelines? A minimum amount that the processor will accept? Or do they care at all how much content you have compared to other much larger pay sites?

Thx!

dont think any processor will decline your site based on how much content you have

Thanks.... And yea, I'm asking a bunch of qustions...
I'm not new to the biz...Been in it for several years..
I run several free hosting sites and many avs sites...
But I am green to the pay site game.
Traffic is no problem at all as I have a shit load.
Web site design isn't a problem.
Tech issues aren't a problem as I have a fantastic tech guy.
(I don't think anything could be much worse than free hosting).
But I don't konw jack about running a pay site...
Thanks for the content answer, that helps my feelings.
Maybe this thing is doable....Pondering...

I don't think the processor will reject it but the surfer might.

Unless you have a niches that is hard to find and have new content I think this is a good rule to follow.

A surfer will consume 10 pieces of content a day, can be sets videos, stories or games.

For 30 days you need 300 pieces of content that he has not seen before most of it before or very little. Then double it to be on the safe side. So 600 pieces should be enough. It has to be good stuff withing the same niche and not from a blowout sales, people blow out stuff that is not selling normally.

It also needs to be good content and all withing the niche the surfer is signing up for.

The days of treating the surfer like an idiot and starting a site with $5,000 are practically gone. IMHO

Why? Why not use AVS to send quality traffic to your paysite (if you are bound and determined to make this move)?
