Brain dead...nothing really new about that...given the right multiple circumstances...but certainly is not applicable to anywhere close to everyone and will require additional contractual committments on his part. As I pointed out already...I would have been to old to attend OCS by the time I aquired an BA...unless I was attending school full time and this only happens...given the right multiple circumstances.
