                  I remember when NASA (betonsports) was using 95 percent of the country's bandwidth.

                  Probably still is.

                      I think they also got most costa rican IPs spam-blocked hehe

                      That's why we left the hosting part of our company (sales reps, tech support, sysadmins) in Montreal...we would never host here.

                      They've also gotten adsl down here now, so you aren't stuck with racsa/amnet
