                                                                  Im sure it wont be a problem to move the sites to a register that does not offer the who is protection service. anyways i dont see why cheaters should hide thier who is info unless he tried to add some over smart functiosn at the submttions scrip that will try to read the info from the who is and black list the cheaters and then again it is not a good idea since if they want they will sill be able to cheat this.
