His contact "address" on his domain (however due to his name and e-mail with .ru i believe it's bogus he's russian). I know also he hosts with National Net.

That address looks like this catch all address I would see from some scammers that is just basically a US addy to forward to Russian webmasters.

Could be wrong though, but it looks like it. I no longer have it so I can't check. But you ought to be able to check where that address is in the city, and then find out the name of the company that is there.

Why did you use WU?Most insecure payment method to those countries.

They get in with a fake ID get the money and you'll never see it again.Passphrase protection and stuff like that doesn't work out with WU.
