The only reason I ask is because I have a ton of awesome gay realeted domains and of course West Hollywood is just a 10 minute drive from where I live. Whenever I run ads for new talent I get lots of gay guys calling.

They still sell if you have the right model doing it (which does is not the same thing as attractive....charasmatic faces/bodies sell too
 ). Also worth remembering that you can break it down further to str8 guys jacking and gay guys jacking. With some traffic a 'str8' guy will often sell better.
