What I'm getting at is since you have her site as a revshare program currently, how are you updating it now? If you can't update her site with fresh content, you may be losing more money in the long run because the rebills aren't going to be there and affiliates will stop promoting that portion of your program if they don't see rebills.

Is this business relationship salvageable. What of she started to provide you content on a regular basis staring on 10/01? Would you even consider resolving this?

There really isnt anything to resolve. She's free to update and maintain the site until january. All I ask is that she doesnt assume my identity. That's it.

Once January comes, she is to give me back the domain name. I could care less about the content and whatnot. I just want my domain back in January when the contract runs out.
