I ASKED for the Total # of webmasters and the Total # of sign ups they have sent and nothing else.

Again I'm seeing evasion and excuses vs. the stats that have been requested. Keep proving me right Tyler not a single straight answer post yet.

Guys, can you help me out with this one.

She doesnt understand how our sytem works.
She thinks I have an admin area that shows all the people under her. LIke some kind of mlm.

The only way I can get this info is you send me the account #'s you reffered, then when I pay out your people I know how much to pay..

All other webmasters I just run the report and cut the checks,,

I have to manually go in and pull out this data.

We have a refferl info on our signup page for us only.
If clicked thru a banner on Netpond, then the surfer would put in Netpond as the refferl....

More excuses, the time you have wasted making excuses you could have pulled the stupid report.

I'm tired of the excues, and evasion of answers and the constant repeating of requested information etc.

Lensman - just judge and be done. Its obvious all that is going to come out of this is more excuses.

Melissa, do you think it's more than the 3 addressed above. And wouldn't you have their names since they are clients?

SmutCash, can't you just look at the $45 payouts on your report to see who is involved or to look at their info? Since that's the deal she cut with you guys?

you say that you only have a place in the signup form where they can say where they came from...


Now, that would mean that all people that got the special deal EITHER have as payout 45$, or have Mellisa in the refferal area.

then if all the above is right, you are telling us in your affiliate script, you don't have any OPTION to do a search for accounts based on either the payout ammount, or on the refferal box?? then what kind of script is that? just open the database, and do a manual search on the payout, there has to be a way for you to get out info other than by manually opening every account! Cuz if there isn't any option, let me tell you you got screwed buying this script...

and EVEN if you doN't have that option, she has started sending people when, in june? iut's 2 months ago... I doubt there's 1000 people that signed under you in that timeframe... and even if there was, it would be worth the trouble to just go in and retrieve those people with 45$ payouts...

Like I said a lot of the webmasters I've sent didn't qualify for the $45 dollar deal, and because I send out so many care packages its difficult to track. Most of those would be the standard stuff at $40 per. I make recommendations they don't always follow my advice.

Again all I've asked for is the total # of webmasters that have used my affiliate id, and the # of of sign ups they have sent. I got the stats on the special deal. Thank you but what about the stats? How hard is it to get that? How many posts, emails, etc is that going to take?

15-20 a day..

I did a search on her account #
5 accounts showed up..

2 account sent sales and none qualifed for our special rate, based on the 15-20 sales a day deal.

So now, Since we never made any deal about her commision im confused.

Do I pay the 10% on all sales or only the accounts that qualified for our speical rate ??

Someone is shooting themselves in the foot here. So what, the stat script is one written for an 8088... extract the info and inserting it into excel or a dbase should be possible.

I think some people are missing out on the point here.

I dont know exactly what the whole deal is to pay these people..

Is it $45 per 50, or 100, still now clear.
Is her fee on the 45 or the 40 per sale ?

If she has some sort of email or aggrement that stated all this then non of this would be going on.

Melissa, If there was some sort of email you sent to Klient, Please, I mean Please send this too me. You have asked for stats over and aver agian, and I have asked over and over agian for some sort of aggrement..

My stats are all in one place, your aggrement is no place to be found..

10% all sales and closing the accounts.

I am trying to make a point that its hard to put an amount on a check when you have no clue what the amount is..

I know know,, simple 10% X all the sales come in.

Before this I had no clue what her fee was.
This is why im pulling my teeth out over here, trying to explain this..

Here we go again.

50-100 sign ups a week get $45 per sign up.
under 50 get $40 per sign up. Plus a $300 bonus when sign ups go over 100.

I'm still waiting on the stats for total number of webmaster that have sign up using my affiliate id.

10% of all sign ups or simple math $4.50 per sign up on $45 deal, and $4.00 per sign up on the $40 deal.

Keep making excuses why you won't honor the deal that Lensman made, that I agreed to.

I'm tired of the excuses and the evasion, you know, its never going to be resolved.

How many more posts, and repeats and emails is it going to take? What are we talking maybe $1500. All this time effort energy and excuses for that, like I said I wasn't posting for a resolution (while I appreciate Lensman's attempt) I was posting for so everyone would about my experience with SmutCash and Tyler and Klient.

Lensman please, just make your judgement, I'm tired of the constant repeating and going round and round with Tyler its not getting anywhere.

Klient's words mean nothing, obviously. Per the phone conversation, I do an honest businesses and have no need to record them except when doing business with known dishonest people. But I'm happy to forward you a copy of the my phone bill to show where Klient did call me to discuss the deal in early June. As I have said from the beginning.

Klient is making threats, obviously you and he want to continue this whole disaster area, even after its been pretty much resolved. That's up to you, again it goes to how you do business.

Yes I did read the other thread, and you are a big fucking whiner. Anyone that can't do business without bringing it to a public forum isn't worth doing business with.
