I'm looking for a good script for collecting mails through boxes on websites for newsletters.Must be opt-in ,keep logs so I can proof that they signed up for it if I get complaints and a mailing feature would be nice too.

I'm not looking for services that I have to pay for each mailing, just for a script.

We have one, and it even has a server send the e-mails for you too ( up to 1 million a day)
