Under 100? per month if you're planing to move to a bigger city, outside of bigger cities you can't get 10Mbit or 100Mbit.You can't use it as a webserver tho because the main ports 21 and 80 are capped hard (on BBB dunno about the other providers) for people who want to download stuff from you and are outside sweden. On other ports there aren't any limitations.

How much would it cost to have all port open. let's say that i want to start a small datacenter.

I don't think one 10-100Mbit home line will be enough for a datacenter in your home

Rather get a colocation in a local datacenter until you have the funds to build a datacenter / buy a share (and that isn't cheap).Building + security + line rents that's a lot of money.

Well, multiple lines would do the trick. But you dont know any who offers a 100% open line ?

Are you going to start mailing?

You could get a pro Song connection for like 25-30k/month right now I think (SKrona that is). Bredbandsbolaget would be a bit cheaper I think.

But, like JohnDoe said, putting your stuff in a colo would probably be a better option.
