How much would it cost to have all port open. let's say that i want to start a small datacenter.
I don't think one 10-100Mbit home line will be enough for a datacenter in your home
Rather get a colocation in a local datacenter until you have the funds to build a datacenter / buy a share (and that isn't cheap).Building + security + line rents that's a lot of money.
Well, multiple lines would do the trick. But you dont know any who offers a 100% open line ?
