Are you looking for off-the-shelf integration, or developing something? I used to do custom microcontroller development for GPS's, both hardware and software. (Not the radio end, just using the digital data coming out of OEM GPS modules). I'm out of that biz, but could probably answer some questions if you're looking for something like that.
