A Malawian man in his mid 20's is on the loose after he allegedly cut the heads off of two women. Police believe the man was high on marijuana at the time.
The man entered the woman's garden as she worked on it with her daughter. She greeted him and he threw an axe at her, cutting off her head. Another woman, a friend of the first, ran to help, and he cut her head off, too.
Police have not arrested the man yet, as he fled for the Malawian bush after the murders. Police found hash, or pot, in his flat. The place stunk of recently-smoked pot and reggae lyrics were written on its walls.
