Good one.

What the hell are you talking about? You said a real leader doesn't care who they piss off. I simply pointed to other leaders with the same philosophy. Please take the time to read and understand my posts before you waste my time with replies like this.

I read your retarted post and replied appropriately, if you really want to paste leaders and use that as an argument, there are hundreds more that did good and followed the same philosophy.

In other words, you are the one wasting my time so go fuck yourself buddy :winkwink:

Read up on it, you are about a year late fucktard.

Did you bother to read the article you posted?

Quote:

Record-breaking world oil prices mean prospects are bright for Halliburton's oil field services business, which had profit margins of 14.2% in the three months to June 2004, up 1% on year-earlier.
I can post more quotes, but you can also go back and actually read it if you care.

A year late eh? Seems the date on the article is 3 days old and the oldest mention in the article is a lawsuit in July.

I should add both you and Crowkid to ignore since neither of you ever have anything intelligent to contribute.

paste them? They were the first ones that sprang to mind. Of course some have had the philosophy and done well. I wouldn't make a blanket statement saying directly or by inference that such a policy has never worked. I am of the mind that this is not a successful administration accomplishing its goals with the least collateral damage and potential future repurcussions.

That's your best argument, "up 1% on a year earlier", what an amazing rate in profit.

"Halliburton (HAL ) is considering selling its Kellogg, Brown & Root unit, the object of numerous investigations, persistent losses and ongoing bankruptcy."

Actually it wasn't my best argument, I asked you to actually read the link you posted. You obviously didn't do that. The second link provides no new information.

I'll give you a few more chances before you go on ignore because you, unlike crowkid, post a link attempting to back up what you spout. Given that, I will hold the belief that you may actually be capable of intelligent debate with some more practice. I have faith in you, please don't let me down. If you cut out the childish insults you might also be raised a few steps on the debate ladder. I look forward to you improving your tactics. Please don't let me down.

sacX 09-27-2004 01:17 AM

By your logic, Spain must already look stupid then, because supporting the "war on terror" in Iraq got them bombed.

1. I wouldn't post something I haven't read.

2. Practice what you preach and actually read that last link I sent you.

I'm not trying to debate you on anything I just saw you giving a few cheap shots to cr0wkid and few other people when they are all away for the night. :1orglaugh

Incorrect, I'm afraid Spain's plan might backfire if any of these shit terrorists decides to "still" attack inside the country.

Every thread has its meaning and I know I didn't explain my post as well as I should have.

AdnerAdvertising 09-27-2004 01:29 AM

Is there such a thing as an "extremist anti-terrorist", if so that would be me. :glugglug

I don't see why pulling out of Iraq, means they're going soft on terror, perhaps they're just focusing locally.

Likewise I'm afraid US's policy may backfire :/ Hopefully I'm wrong.

"I don't see why pulling out of Iraq, means they're going soft on terror."

Please all arguments must be proven as Uno said, and pulling out of Iraq only made terrorists stronger and increased their support in the Muslim world.

Lets be real.

I did give you an example, look above:

here is the second example:

"if we would pull out of the biggest oil region on the planet, allow people like bin Laden to dominate the oil supply of the entire industrial world, give up the right to have female American soldiers go in places that bin Laden defines ? and remember, the al-Qaeda irreconcilables define Spain as al-Jazeera and argue that they have a right to reclaim Spain, and some of them have demand that Rome become a Muslim city. Maybe I'm having browser issues, but this is all I see about it:

Halliburton May Sell KBR Unit
Fannie Mae amends key employment agreements; Cirrus Logic warns; plus more of Friday's stocks in the news

Halliburton (HAL ) is considering selling its Kellogg, Brown & Root unit, the object of numerous investigations, persistent losses and ongoing bankruptcy.
Cheap shots? How do I know when they've gone to bed for the night? I see something, I reply. Regardless of timeframe. I happen to have pretty bad insomnia so i'm up at this ungodly hour.

And yes, you need some work on your posting and arguing skills. You are wrong however, I'm replying to you out of hope that you will improve. Not because of your current ability.
