You HAVE to pay to get it, unless youre on the guest list. Nobody is forcing you to tip the bouncers when leaving but unless youre a hot chick he simply wont let you in next time.

i prefer to go to clubs that are a bit more down to earth - that system sucks.

We have some disco(the bobs :)) They have some decent bouncers. My guess all 30> and just doing their jobs. That's how it should be.
