belief in and the willingness to die for something greater then yourself is both honorable and respectable if you ask me. millions of men have walked the path before and didnt return, to be unwilling to pick up where they left off and continue to protect your country is shameful, and spineless.

regardless of whether or not you agree with or believe in the war you are fighting is not the point. your elected officials believe that what you are doing is right and that makes it so. in a democracy that is how things work.

if you are american and you dont like america and your unwilling to die to protect her, and your mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters daghters, sons, and friends, then you my friend should pack your fucking bags and get the fuck out! refusal to stand up and fight is to spit in the eyes of the millions that came before you and died in vein to protect these rights for your spoiled ass.

with that said, i would love to join my military and kill those that have aky kind of hostile feelings about my country, but my military will not accept me for service for reasons id rather not get into on this board. but know that i have tried to join every division on more then on occasion to no avail.

I was invited to join the airforce when i was 16 but declined (aviation studies was offered at our school so we had an unusually high number of kids with pilots licenses)

I tried to join the Navy but I couldnt because I had asthma when I was younger. I dont like our president or the choice to go to war with Iraq but I will always support the soldiers.
