Who is good to use, and why?
Are they all incompetent or can't handle the demand portion of the supply and demand? Just curious.

xxxoutsourcing = useless tools.
depends what you need i am sure there is lots of people on this board like programmers, designers that all do the same things i would never trust an outsourcing company for anything
