hmm... just thought of something...
now, being mike(stepbrother) and ryan fessed up to us.... is there a way i can maybe make a out of court settlement in return of dropping any charges of grand theft? maybe i could talk to my lawyer and ask him if i could maybe make a suggestion of a donation of $3,000 for my troubles along with the fright put among the youngest child in the house who will not sleep alone in her room now because she is afraid someone will break in.. in return i will drop all charges brought agenst ryan and his family? anyone know if thats possible? that would really help my car project and get that upgraded turbo on there much faster then planned   |

As far as your legal post goes man I'm afraid it doesn't work like that. But if you want to do something like that go to the other kids parents and tell them personally you will not press charges if they pay you the 3 grand + Medical bills.
