I have this model that had me start working on a amateur site for her but now she is starting to doubt whether it is worth it or not.

The second link really doesn't have anything but the opening pic which will get revised. I've spent most of the time working on the pics and the gallery config.

First, here is what I've done so far for her.

and
Angel Kitty 4U

Here's the big question. I realize that this is very subjective and vague but ROUGHLY how many customers do you think she might be able to hold per month. By this I mean how many sustainable registered clients could she get from month to month. She was planning on providing 1-2 photo shoots per week, video clips, and possibly full length videos, printed pictures, and panties for sale. She doesn't want to do a lot of hard-core (but will occasionaly) and will do a lot of theme stuff like stockings, feet, some lite bondage, glamour, fetish, etc.

A rough guess on monthly customers would allow her to estimate a potential income and thus determine if she wants to spend the time on it. Currently, she is under the impression that she will only make about $15K-$20K yearly.

Please let me know what you think. We would both really appreciate comments from women that run their own amateur sites.

That's a very tough question to answer without knowing how you plan to push it?

Will you have hosted galleries?

Free content?

Rev/share or pps or both?

IF so what's the rev/share, what the pps amount?

Will you have trials?

Will you pay on trials?

Do you plan on buying advertising, gallery spots, and hardlinks?

Will you set up free sites for her?

We can start with that then continue...
