Any verotel reps on this board? anyone have icq of one?

I seriously doubt you will find an icq contact for verotel. The only type of communication that worked for me is the phone.
So your best bet is to call them, all of my emails usually go unoticed in my experienced regardless of the amount of times you send them.

dont forget the 9hr difference when calling
