Just started on USA, great movie, though the unedited ver is much better. Anyone else like this movie?

It had it's moments. It's been a few years since I watched it, I'd watch it again if it came on. I'm a fan of Fishburn's work, overall I'd give the movie a 7/10. CD Ebert gives it a thumb's up. Not a BIG thumb's up, not two thumb's up, but a thumb's up nonetheless.

Far from my favorite though.

Sure, it's the point where all matter, including sunlight, cannot escape. Once something crosses that point, nothing can escape the pull of the black hole.

Definately interesting to give you a quick response. It's a feasible, and even practical concept that actually is still being talked about in the physics community today. Lots of supporters of the worm-hole theory and other dimensions and/or universes.

I don't think of it that way. I think the matter is crushed to a point where it is converted into a form of invisible energy that is actually emitted from the black hole.

Similar to Hawkin Radiation

I don't think it's a endless point at all. I think of a black hole as kind of a super dark matter

fairly good movie, when i watched it i thought it could have been done a bit better than it was tho
