ibill is a publicly traded company who?s stock has been frozen, They CAN NOT comment. It's not that they don't want to, they simply can't. Any one who doesn't think ibill had a backup plan in place is obviously not very smart and ibill has proven them wrong by already switching to another bank and resuming processing as if nothing has changed. Everyone has a backup plan its just common sense. The part of processors claiming everything fine right up till the last minute is unfortunately true, most of them do go down like that. Now this part of people trusting ibill being newbies is completely ridiculous. That statement should have been used for this new biller in the topic. Offshore with an anonomous domain just registered last month.. now that?s something to worry about. |
Hey BadDog-
The fact that your domain was registered by proxy, coupled with your need to resort to spamming to attract new business, speaks volumes about you and your company. You might be better off working Here |

So then the points that they made in the court filings in regards to going out of business if the TRO was lifted were bogus??? |
kinda tasteless if you ask me.

A little update.
I happen to know the GM at eCommerceGlobal and just got done talking to him. I pointed out that .50% discount he was giving people that mentioned they heard about eCommerceGlobal from me wasn't really much, and was there anyway that he could bump the discount to 1% so that there was a significant savings for the low volume merchant. He agreed to it. So, if you tell them you learned about them from baddog, you will save 1%. That will be $1 per $100, $10 per $1,000, or $1,000 per $100,000. How is that? |
The fact of life is all companies come and go.
It's a matter of not being a client when they go. Third party processors are no different, whether they have some "VISA compliant" shit as a label or not. |

hmm i didnt see the questions about domains by proxy question addressed
I'd like to know why they are hiding aswell ... :-/ and i am in the market for a processer aswell |

I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with them today, and they eventually agreed that they should eliminate the proxy. Look for that to be modified ASAP. |

I guess I could have started a new thread announcing the increased discount, but did not feel it was necessary. Next time I will be sure to consult with you ahead of time. |

it never ceases to amaze me on here when people slam/ bitch and moan about any new processor. Im not vouching for ecommerceglobal in any way, and no we dont use em. But fucking hell open your eyes, at this moment their are only 2 decent bill companies left in the USA, can it not be seen that more options on the market worlwide is better for the industry ?
Sure billers will always go down somplace, but at least some new billers are coming through. Without them we are all fucked! And remember their is life outside of the USA, and yes they are webmasters outside of the USA who do not need to comply with US rules if they choose not to. It could well be in the long term their are NO US based billers left at all. This would not surprise me with the current climate in the US which is on witch hunt for porn. So the more EU processors the better. And as for us we full incorporation in both the EU and the USA and over all our companys spread our bets. I trust no one biller in the biz no matter how fucking good they are. Dont bitch but welcome new billing companies no matter where they and make your own choice from their if you should use em or not. My rant for this morning - flame me. |

When dealing with mainstream consumers you can do things a little differently than you can with adult, they are learning this and are modifying their position to reflect this understanding. |

Dog, pay no nevermind to abner advertising. From what I hear he is really David Foote, but regardless, from what I've seen of his posts he is about as dumb as a fleshlight packed full of bellybutton lint.

Anyway, I just got done talking to the GM, and he said he would "jazz it up." Like I mentioned before, they do seem very sincere when it comes to wanting to build the confidence of the adult community. |
