any reliable people that can install scripts etc?

Anyone know a contact for a reliable experienced technician that can install scripts and modules for a reasonable hourly or per job rate?

The first kind of module i want installed would be something like this

with a good .htaccess file so that i can either block or redirect traffic from undesirable countries.

..how long would installing this on a server take?

on even on all ten servers if need be.

It would be nice to have the contact info of a reliable technician for any future things i would like done, so if anyone knows such a person please post the details.
