username and logins......
aight only language i know is html, i need to make a login page for my users i know this will probably require cgi, i dunno, i also need to like get each of them a custom username and pass i dunno how this is done i am guessing with cgi.

I believe that most people make use of the .htaccess file. You can find a step by step set of instructions here if you are using a unix-type platform.
