I hope he does not come back... he'll just demolish his tarnish.

Instead of coming back to the game he should bring the old Jordan V shoes back

Jordan is old and should sit home while the youngsters play.

Jordan will school most players out there even today because he understands how to play the game as it is meant to play and he plays to win not too look good like a lot of players...

In his first year with washington he averaged 22.9 PPG, his second year he averaged 20.0 because he let Stackhouse have the ball and Stackhouse averaged 1.5 PPG more than Jordan. Without Jordan being there to help his lame ass Stackhouse's PPG average droped from 21.5 to 13.9.

I think Jordan is slow and would need a solid lock down defense but if they have those kinds of players they will be fine. If he is surrounded by ghetto play ground run-n-gun niggas that just hope to be on the good side when its over then he will look bad.... but that could never be.

That news is kind of old. He wanted to buy the team when he found out that Shaq was going to be playing for the Heat.

Fuck Shaq. I always thought Kobe was the problem in LA. Maybe I was wrong.

Michael Jordan is pathetic - he can't stay away because his ego can't handle being a normal citizen. Can he play? As somebody said in a post above, in Washington he was abused by the athletic 2 and 3 guards in the league but overall he was ok - definitely nowhere near an elite player anymore.

He can do what he wants but the comebacks are tarnishing his legacy - there are kids who saw the slow lumbering Jordan in Washington who now think that's what he is - better to leave the arena at the top of your game with the hightlight reels for future generations to see.

Better to do whatever the fuck he feels like doing just like everyone else.

Knowing the kind of person Jordan is, he could make another come back.

He loves big challenges and the spot light.

There's no bigger challenge then to come back to the NBA at age 41.

For that reason, he's got nothing to lose. He already showed he wasn't the Michael Jordon of old. So he'd like another shot at showing he's in shape and still can ball. IF he's in better condition then when he played for Washington, he could post some good numbers, especially if he is with Shaq.

But he'd have to show up to a Miami practice session and convince that team he's better then all other players aside from Shaq.

I give this a 50/50 chance of happening.

jmk 09-23-2004 12:48 PM

I'd say VERY unlikely!
Plus I guess Shaq doesn't want him?! http://msn.foxsports.com/story/3033000
