Looks like they lost the motion. But might have a chance to refile it if there was indeed a "technical" error. But ever day this drags on is not good.

If feel sorry for the affiliates who still promote sites using Ibill , If feel sorry for the webmasters still using Ibill as their main processor and i fell sorry for the staff who work at Ibill and have no say in how its run.
But the management of Ibill , sorry i cannot feel sorry for idiots. . |
