As far as Ive heard from Ibill people they are still processing, I dont think its all lost, I hope people dont start jumping ship just yet, they are working on pulling through.

I'm assuming they are still in business until they post otherwise. I can only guess they are working hard to get it together.
However their credibility depends entirely on whether or not they are paying webmasters. If they are in business but not paying then they are not really in business.Comment

We removed Ibill from all our sites this morning as our 3rd processor. A year ago we swapped all our affiliates over to CCbill and Paycom, mainly because they had far less refunds and CBs than Ibill. I am so glad we did that and im sure our affiliates are to.
I wish the people we dealt with at Ibill all the best, but i am not risking even one more membership with Ibill that we may never get paid for (Web 900 ?) until someone answers our e-mails or posts something positive on GFY or any of the other webmaster boards.

Customer service is very bad with them.
There where a lot of times I couldn't login to check my transactions..etc.
