Anyone own houses in texas?
Not a large citty ... the city i am lookin at is killeen texas ... it is right by fort hood texas ... it is a rather large city
i may have the opportunity to take over a 7 bed room house ... really nice house ... it is huge ... and ONE story .... great neighbor hood ... my dad owns it and he is tired of managing it ... anyone ever own property down there ?? he told me he charges around 900-1000$ for rent I think it may be a big step for me to handle something liek that

damn 7 bedroom for 900-1000/month? How many sq. ft is that? Big ranch style home I suppose if it is 1 story.
