There is no one best script. You'll see free scripts powering 400k/day sites, and $600 scripts running 5k/day sites. It is what you get out of it that matters.

One script I recently started using, and like a lot, is .
EPT It has some really nice features, and anti-cheat stuff built right in.

Arrow trader is one of the best at the moment, the big old ones like UCJ have aged a bit.

Normal proxy detection methods + proxy db for real anonymous ones that you can't detect by http informations like remote host etc.
