I wanted to pay for servis (tgp.russiansubmitter) but ibil declined my pamet by Visa Cart :

Dotn bother it is a pile of shit, i submitted 3 SUPER CLEAN galleries using it (ones that had previously been acceped by MR HUN)
and the thing still only pulled me about 7k traffic a day pathetic |
