Up until a few years ago Doctors and Scientists said ulcers were caused by ones lifestyle, stress etc. When someone stepped forward and said he had proof it was caused by bacteria, he was ridiculed by his fellow collegues... Nope. I have asked doctors. It's JUNK. There may be some temporary length gains but they will disappear once you stop stretching. (And stretching does NOTHING for girth). Stretching can also do serious damage to your penis.

Comparing penis enlargement to bodybuilding is a flawed analogy. The penis is not a muscle. The only thing you would be getting trauma in would be blood vessels. If these exercises really did do that, you would be in big trouble. The last thing you want is trauma in these tissues. It would cause bruising and veinous leakage which would eventually lead to difficulty with erections and curvature (due to accumulation of scar tissue).

Other doctors have other opinions.I'm too lazy to search for some european studies but known doctors say what I say - that it's possible BUT it doesn't increase the lengh of the erection (you just get a flesh penis instead of a blood penis).
