I'm an idiot and got stuck with cross-sells, how do I cancel?

I joined a site today, was checking it out for various reasons. I always tab through fields, it's much faster. So I'm tabbing through to un-check the cross-sells and my curser jumped straight to the Submit button and I joined accidentally before I could un-check them.

So I want to cancel these 2 before I get hit with their fees, but I have no idea how to do it. I didn't even get an email saying what other 2 sites I just bought access to. Is this standard or is my email acting up again?

Anybody know how I can resolve this? I'm just a stupid surfer!
