Are you kidding? You think just because they are publicly traded that means something? Wanna buy some old Enron shares? Just because something is publicly traded, doesn't mean it's a viable company.

BTW,
Ticker IBD (who PHSL pawned iBill off on, but not really since they maintain ownership in the deal)
The trading of this security has been Halted by the exchange.

Yes. It's mostly class and PART politics.

No company would look good kicking another company while they're down.

If me and a girlfriend broke up, it would make me look like an asshole to try to make a fool out of her after the fact. It would be better for me to take the high road and be civil about the whole thing. Why? Because if I don't act like an asshole and take the high road, maybe the girls FRIENDS would take an interest in me and give me a little punani on the rebound.

How poetic coming from a guy whose status reads as
"The Bitch Left Me "
All true though.

Paycom does not process any transactions through or with First Data or First Financial Bank. We moved several months ago as we, along with all processors and Merchants were told they were getting out of Adult.

Paycom / EPOCH?s banking is stronger now than ever.

Once again, everyone should have a back up; anything can happen.

Oficially it's the 4th and 19th for EU clients but it's rare that they actual pay that day

I'm curious to know the U.S. payout schedule. It appears that the E.U. may not be as affected by all this, unless of course they go completely belly up.

MickeyG 09-22-2004 08:35 AM

Anyone know what happened in court today? When will we know more?

From the CMI:

Check Date Pay Date
Reserve Payout 8/31/04 8/31/04
US Semi-Monthly 9/1/04 9/1/04
EU Semi-Monthly 9/5/04 9/8/04
US Revshare 9/8/04 9/9/04
US Monthly & Semi-Monthly 9/15/04 9/15/04
EU Monthly & Semi-Monthly 9/19/04 9/21/04
US Revshare 9/22/04 9/22/04
US Catalog 9/26/04 9/28/04
US Partner 9/27/04 9/29/04
Reserve Payout 9/30/04 9/30/04

"Checkdate" is the official payoutdate. "Paydate" is the actual payout date

They will post a message at CMI soon regarding late payouts for EU clients (I called them)

Last thing I heard is that they are not done yet. They are still in court.

I also doubt this is going to go bad for ibill. There is no real harm done to the bank if they are made to keep ibill until they are fully moved to the new bank.

If their meeting was at 9:30 it could take all day if not longer. It's a pretty important decision and I'm sure both sides brought heavy defenses.
