Do you set small goals for yourself or one big one?

Me personally, I set myself up with a couple of smaller goals when trying to develop the big picture. I have friends that lose sight and concentrate everything on one big goal.

What do you do? Do you set a bunch of smaller, more practical goals for yourself or do you just have one big goal in mind?

funny when I post all my ideas down on paper, they are huge goals and very doable, but than I get lazy and my goals become reality, well my reality.

definatly set high goals. if i set small goals they are reached and I sit around doing nothing.

push hard and don't give up.

I have many projects going on and If I set big goals for each of them I literally couldn't do them all but I have my system and a little on each project and then one last big goal of putting them together works for me...

I have unwritten goals, just keep them in the back of my head.

I like to set both, some small short term plans as well as larger long term, strategic goals. They usually compliment each other.

I have one BIG goal, with several small goals that will all lead to the completion of the big one. Some of the small goals have even smaller goals leading to those. baby steps

I think big goals are the way to do it, just dont get blinded by them and remember that they the biggest ideas are still made out of a thousand small steps. So pay attention to the details and before long that big goal will be accomplished.

This PBS announcement was brought to you by the letter X and the number "$".

I definitely have set a big goals; but my strategy to attain my big goals is to spread them into defferent ways so when you put it all together you will able to achieve your one big goal.
for me you have to spread your strategies in business to attain your set of goals.coz if you focus only in one way of one big goal you might fail and you cant carry it to make up.
the effect will be too hard for you to start again.
where as you if you spread it, one will might fail, you still have another way to get your goal.little by little it will work for you stay up of what is your goal.
