and submit them, and make freesites and submit those too, would you hire someone in the business, or someone who isn't in the business, so they're new and don't have any bad habits?

Also how much do you pay? I figure if someone does this for me 4 hours a day I could pay them $40/day since that's $10hr work.

I have used gallery submission services and I've been dissappointed everytime, so thats why Im thinking of getting someone non industry who will follow my orders exactly.

I would think that anyone who could make high converting galleries and submit them efficiently would make more than $10 per hour submitting their own galleries or just designing galleries for other people. If you hire someone inside the industry, it will likely cost you more than $10 an hour for a really good service, but if you hire someone outside the industry then they probably won't know how to design something that will convert, even if they can make it look "pretty".

Tough situation, I guess.
