if you truly have friends there, then they should be here on gfy giving support to you and your abilities. there is a long line up of people who would love to work in this industry.. I myself have been here for almost 9 years in sales / marketing... never heard once of a company that would do that... and if they did.. you have a legal right called 'constructive dismissal' and get the job back.

and for me, the ICQ log is enough proof. It shows how I tried to contact him again and again, how he tells me to respond later or how he doesn't respond at all. I paid him upfront for a certain amount of time and his "knowledge" and he didn't deliver. This is what I call scamming. And everyone who offers him a job should be careful - just my :2 cents:

He has been a part of the early development of some of the bigger programs in this biz...most of which i am sure you all send traffic to now.

Everyone in this biz has ,at one time or another, had a bad experience with someone.

That does not mean he is not capable of doing the work he is looking to be hired for.

As for not divulging any information...i agree that GFY is probably NOT the best place to do that.

We ended up staying in hotel rooms while Ivan hit and then ran to the east coast. After we ran to the east coast to play in Orlando, here came Jeanne. So we lived in hotels for almost two weeks so my BF could work.

i wouldnt blame the company they needed his services and he couldnt provide them so they had to get someone else asap apparently. but it does suck though but thats life

that is why I will not give out the name of the company, even though I put a solid 7 months of work in for them and got them plenty of traffic , overall they were good to me..
