there's of course link exchane, search engine traffic, ppc, exit or banner exchange maybe...

how about ffa link pages, is there any traffic in this? what are other good ways of getting traffic?

If your selling a product, you can always resolve to outside the web advertising such as newspapers, tv, billboards...
