http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html The best anti-spyware I've found. Won't do much on ad-ware, though -- that's lavasoft's Ad-Aware program. Together those two should get rid of most any all BS registry changers and tracking cookies. Time to clean up your act, huh?
