dude, right of ways go out the window when hes *intentionally* blocking you in. it wasnt like i was trying to merge into his lane gracefully or try to cut him off, he was intentionally blocking me in.
he came from BEHIND me, he WAS in the same lane as me, scooted up to the side of me, and just boxed me in between him and the sidewalk.

2nd of all, your driving behind a big truck about a car lengths behind him, you cant see top because the roof of the truck is in the way. the guy is going full steam, and doesnt show any signs of slowing down and goes through an intersection.

Plead not guilty. Maybe he won't show up to court. The one time I went to court for a ticket the cop didn't show. If he shows just plead your case, the worst that can happen is you end up paying for it. If you think all that is too much of a hassle, then pay the ticket and accept the points, but you'll probably have to goto driving school or something, not sure how things work in your state.Comment

I'll admit, I've made the same mistake a couple times. But it *is* a mistake, no use defending it. I think the general idea of a ticket is to say "drive more carefully," and if you keep making mistakes your license is revoked. So it seems perfectly reasonable to me that you got a ticket.
