Just got this SPAM: Rape Site.... is this legal?

I just got some rape spam in my email is it legal ? who can i report this to?

i didn't really want to post it here but not sure who to report it to and you guys know a lot about this sort of legal stuff... is it staged rape fantasty? i have no idea but someone plz inform me

again i am sorry for posting the url but i am not sure that is why

if this thread is not allowed or it is fact real ... please close it as i dont mean to cause trouble..

All those rape sites are fake no matter how real they look, it's never worth the possible legal troubles to make something real and put it on a paysite.

The stuff on that site looks like stolen content from various other sites I've seen.

As I said before, it isn't worth the trouble shooting real rape content when you can shoot quality staged stuff in russia for a few bucks that is legal but looks real enough.

That stuff is just some creepy collected content that the spammer collected to open is own rape paysite within 15min, no clue if you'll even get anything if you sign up.He seems to run his own billing for that site.
