Who knows guys like this?

Had a guy over at the house the other night, a friend of a friend. We're watching some movie on TV and I see an ad for Fable. I love video games, so my first response is "damn, looks pretty sweet." I then go on and mention the upcoming launch of Halo 2, now I don't know about you guys but I'm excited as shit for November 9th.

This guy then goes on to say that the X-Box sucks and Bill Gates is an idiot and should be put out of business. Shortly after that he went on to tell us how great Nintendo is and nobody should buy anything other than the Game Cube.

Now I like Game Cube too, I have one, but saying X-Box sucks and GC rules based on the loose involvement of Bill Gates is ridiculous... how am I supposed to take people like this seriously? If you don't like the system, fine, whatever... but to not like it specifically because you feel the companies founding member is an evil villain... isn't that a little ridiculous?

So then we're watching Comedy Central and something about the election came up and I hear from his mouth... "if I found out a member of my family was Republican, I would disown them." And he was dead serious!

So yeh anyway... death to Bill Gates!

I know what you mean. My brother is a Nintendo fanboy and refuses to own a XBOX or a PS2. I myself am a gamer and will play anything worth playing. I want to play Fable as soon as I finish Pikmin 2

I've been playing Burnout 3 on the Xbox all weekend and I am totally addicted. I really doubt it would come out on the GC either. So scew him, long live the Xbox!

I have been playing Burnout3 so much too. I love that game. Fable is awesome too and I can't wait for Halo2. XBox is awesome and anyone that won't play it because it is from Microsoft is an idiot. Most people rag on Microsoft and then hop on their computer with Windows and open up Microsoft Explorer lol.

Here's the deal Microsoft is the biggest tech company that there is and people love to hate who is on top. But seriously what has microsoft done to you personally? I know that most of you run you PC with thier software and make a lot of money. I only see good things in microsoft stop being pupets for their competitors...
